Glazing for hotels and restaurants

Lloret de Mar, Blanes, Tossa and Platja d'Aro hold hundreds of establishments that all refurbish in the same window, between November and March. That is our peak production season, which is why we plan it like an industrial project rather than a pile of separate jobs: define a room type, manufacture in batches, install floor by floor.

The process starts with a pilot room. We install the screen, the mirror and the final trims in a single room, the hotel's management signs it off, and from that point the specification is frozen. Then we measure room by room — because in a 1970s building no two are identical — and group the sizes into production batches. That gives you series pricing with individual fit, which is what removes the last-minute surprises.

On materials we prioritise what survives heavy use and daily cleaning with professional products: toughened glass with factory anti-limescale, AISI 316 stainless fittings in marine environments, mirrors with reinforced protective lacquer and powder-coated profiles with a colour guarantee. And wherever public-premises regulations demand it — doors, partitions, terrace balustrades, glass down to floor level — we use laminated safety glass with manifestation at two heights.
